What is a Lucid Dream?

A Lucid dream is a dream in which you are aware (or lucid). It is a dream in which you know what is actively happening and have control over much of what is happening in the dream.

The benefits of Lucid Dreaming:

Lucid Dreaming has been used for many purposes. A person that is shy in waking life can build confidence within the Lucid dream experience that can have a lasting affect on their waking world.

Perhaps in your waking world, you are hounded by a problem in which you have been unable to find a solution. By approaching this problem from within a Lucid Dream, your sub-conscious mind can find solutions without being reeled in my your conscious mind. Many people have found the answers they need to succeed in life by simply working them out in the Lucid Dream world.

Throughout history, painters have used images from their dreams to paint, composers have found inspiration in their dream and inventors have dreamed their ideas into existence. The possibilities of what can be done when you are in control during the dream state are limitless.
