Chaining Dreams

As the name suggests, chaining dreams is chaining one dream after another and is nothing more than trying to get back into a dream as quickly as possible after having a dream.

This is repeated as many times as necessary to get through the sleep period.

When you awaken from a dream, try to remain as still as possible and to return to your dream as quickly as possible. Rather than moving around, getting out of bed or starting the think about what you need to accomplish after you get up, remain still and visualize yourself back in the dream you just awoke from.

As you move back into the dream, remember to mentally prepare yourself to remain lucid during the dream and to check your surrounds for signs that you are in the dream world.

When the test proves you are in the dream world, explore as you like and remember to write your dream in your lucid dreaming journal the next day.
