Eyelid Patterns Technique

Have you noticed when you close your eyes and simply concentrate on the back of your eyelids, after a few moments you begin to see colored dots or shapes on the back of your eyelids. The dots move and swirl as you continue to focus on them

The eyelid pattern technique takes advantage of this natural phenomenon and uses it to allow you to slide into a Lucid Dream.

To start the process, simply make sure your sleep area is completely dark, then lay down and relax your body. Concentrate on the back of your eyelids and when you see the dots, focus on them.As you focus, concentrate on changing the color of the patterns. Continue to follow the patterns and you will end up falling into a lucid dream.

As with any method, it could take a little practice before you actually enter a lucid dream, but this method will work for most people. You can increase the effectiveness of the technique by combining it with the Wake Back To Bed Technique described elsewhere in these lessons.

It should be noted that some people have experienced a few strange things while using this technique. None are harmfull in any way. Having a greatly increased number of dreams per night is the most often reported experience.

This has been found to be very effective in many cases, however it may lead to other strange things involving your dreams, such as up to 15 dreams in one night. There is nothing harmful about that, however.
